Aloo Chapati ( Potato Chapati )

Aloo Chapati ( Potato Chapati )

Sis and I decided to keep a cook to help mom as we both wanted her take rest when she is in Dubai and the day she went back to India ,both mom and dad requested us to continue with the cook as he will be of good help …..The major work that he does for me is chopping onions or vegetables , it’s not that I don’t trust his cooking but for me I prefer to cook myself , the other day he told me that for the Iftiyaari party during Ramadan I made him chop 40 onions in two days ( I had to ask sorry )……one more thing he makes is Aloo paratha , I make the masala and tell him to stuff and roll them , each time he sees potatoes in the pan , he will look at me with a fear as it takes lot of time … but today I was talking to my friend and was telling her that I had boiled potatoes , she instantly gave me this recipe and told it’s much easier to make …..when I told my cook that he has to mix the potato with the flour and make dough ….he thanked me for helping him and saving him from rolling Aloo Paratha..

This Chapati came out very soft and I liked the taste of it ….Haseeb too liked them and my niece Rida , who loves Different variety of rotis and chapati told that this one tasted very nice and curd raita complimented it well
