The holy month of Ramadan has started , a month where we need to purify both our mind and heart and spread happiness , for me happiness is when I share a recipe that is simple and super fast to make , At times I do get sad when I am unable to type recipes due to my work commitments but no regrets as I enjoy and love my work …..Moving to the recipe this one was shared by Divya for a home bakers guild competition and was highly appreciated for innovation , even when I read this recipe , it was so unique and different that I couldn’t stop myself from making them , best was kids were super excited as mango pulp was going into the dough and mom helped me to make the Jamuns and told that dough was very tasty

I took them for a party and it was loved by all , no one was ready to believe that it was made with mango , do make them for your loved ones and surprise them


  • Milk Powder – 1 cup ( I used Nido )
  • Maida – 1/4 cup
  • Baking Powder – 1/4 tsp
  • Unsalted Butter – 3 tbsp
  • Ripe Mango – 1 medium size , approx 1/2 cup
  • Oil to frying

For Sugar Syrup

  • Sugar – 1 cup
    Water – 1 cup
