I never buy this vegetable as it has strong raw smell , which I never liked but when mom told me that her sis ( Nayeem aunty) had discussed about this paratha as a very tasty one …. That’s when I decided to buy radish and make the paratha but mom couldn’t remember exact recipe thats when Google came to my rescue ,got a simple recipe and when I told mom about it,she said that it’s very similar to what my aunt was saying …. To my surprise this paratha didnt have any hint of radish in it….In fact kids were not able to find out which vegetable I had added….
Personally I was glad that I found a new way to eat this vegetable plus it’s important that my kids like it and when I saw them asking for more ,then it’s sure a winner recipe for me!
