Mutton Chops Tikka Masala

Mutton Chops Tikka Masala

Vegetarians can substitute mutton with potato , paneer or mixed vegetables

You can substitute mutton with chicken or prawns and don’t use pressure cooker for it

I bought mutton chops to make crumb fry but later decided to make gravy as I was confused what to make for dinner and then started my search for gravy that will be simple to make and good in taste …. got this recipe so marinated the chops but later we went out for dinner so next day when I started cooking , the chops were well marinated and result was the flavours were well infused into the chops and gave a good taste to the gravy

The gravy was creamy and was loaded with flavours , kids were surprised that I used chops instead of chicken but the taste of the gravy made them enjoy this dish
