I came back from school on Thursday to see that no one had eaten lunch , kids made their own lunch ( it happens when they are big plus they enjoy cooking for themselves ) and Haseeb went out for a surprise party , so everyone promised that they will eat the same on Friday but I couldn’t stop myself and decided to make something simple yet tasty so took help from Mr Google and got this recipe from Vah Chef and changed few ingredients that I’d liked my family and end result was awesome and tasty pulao plus it was made in no time
Everyone liked the flavour of the pulao , frying coriander and mint leaves in oil did enhance the taste of the rice but surprise was that kids too liked it saying it was not very spicy and they enjoyed it with pepper mutton masala
